We had one of our company drivers in need of a quick trailer light repair while out on the road, and Longshot Repair absolutely delivered. They got him in right away, fixed the issue fast, and had him back on the road in no time. Super efficient, professional, and friendly—exactly what you hope for when you’re in a pinch. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

We have a 5th wheel RV. A brake caliper broke and jammed at a gas station in Lincoln Nebraska. We called Long Shot Repair, they got us in right away, decided what to do, then let us take the trailer to a campground overnight while the parts were overnighted. We took it back in the morning, and when the parts arrived, it was fixed within a few minutes. This is a large truck and trailer facility, they were very busy with tractor trailers, but worked us in and got us on the road again. They even repaired some body damage I did to the trailer unrelated to the brakes. Great service, great people, and they charged us a reasonable amount when they really could have taken advantage of our situation. We called them in a serious jam, and they took care of it. Thanks to Chad and Brett and everyone there.

I've been coming to see Chad and the boys since I was a company driver, and when I became an owner operator last year, it was only fitting that I bring my business here because I don't trust most shop with my mack. I had a drive shaft break in Minnesota at night and sent the picture to Chad and he called me at 10pm to give me advice and how I should proceed. Mind you he's in nebraska and still called me to help out without even doing any work on the issue, that's how you know this shop is customer oriented. I love these guys and I'd never take my truck anywhere else when I need a repair on my truck. Don't read into these negative reviews who don't even explain why they do because from my 2 years of experience with Chad and the guys, they're the best in town -Big Nap Transportation

Broke down with cattle on. Right on I-80 in Lincoln. Lost a set of trailer tires due to another shop’s negligence. Nobody around wanted to help. They came right out, brought everything to get me rolling. Got my cattle offloaded and was back up and rolling the next morning. Chad has a nice group of guys working for him. Definitely would recommend them for repairs if you’re in the area!

I had problems with AC. I came to this company. Immediately, the guys took my truck to work, found the cause of the malfunction, immediately ordered a spare part and replaced it. They are very professional guys, they know their job. Very friendly and welcoming staff, rarely where you will meet this now. I recommend it to everyone. I had very positive emotions after visiting this repair shop
